Here's my take on these earplugs. It's absolutely essential to get the sizing spot-on; otherwise, they won't be very effective. It might take a bit of trial and error to find the perfect fit, but once you do, they're pretty decent at reducing noise. That being said, they're not exactly noise-canceling—more like noise-reducing. So, while they do muffle sounds to some extent, they don't completely block them out. If you're dealing with a snoring partner, these might not be the best solution for you.

I've tried countless earplugs as a side sleeper, and these are by far the most comfortable I've found. They fit snugly and don't cause any discomfort, even when sleeping on my side. While they don't provide 100% noise cancellation, they do significantly reduce the sound of my husband's loud snoring, which is all I need to finally get some restful sleep. I highly recommend them to anyone who struggles with noise sensitivity, especially side sleepers like me.

These earplugs muffle the sound down to the point of being able to easily sleep next to him. They are comfortable to wear and don't fall out. Between my snoring partner, and my two snoring dogs, I was beginning to think I would never find anything that would block out enough so I could sleep!
